Base - porcelain vortex generator
Pure porcelain coupled with intuitive technology.
This porcelain base is the vortex generator. It uses solid-state load cells that sense the presence of the carafe in order to begin the swirling motion automatically; calibrating the strength and speed of the aerator disc, according to the amount of water in the carafe, thus creating a constant and perfect vortex.
The design of the base was inspired by a pebble stone found at the bottom of a flowing river. Made out of pure Jingdezhen porcelain colored with natural minerals colorants. Gently tap the grooved sensor to get the water in the carafe swirling.

SHIPPING
After ordering your Mayu products, you’ll immediately receive an order
confirmation e-mail from us. Once your package is shipped, usually within 1 - 4 business days, we will send you a shipping e-mail, containing a tracking number.
With this specific number, you can follow the status of your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
All deliveries within the EU are shipped with DPD. Delivery times vary from country to country.
EU SHIPMENTS:
Shipments within the EU generally are delivered within 4 to 7 business days.
OUTSIDE EU SHIPMENTS:
Deliveries outside the EU are generally delivered within 7 - 21 business days.
NOTE: All duties and taxes, including customs, are the customer's responsibility.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping within EU for orders over 100 Euro.
Outside EU shipping charges will vary from country to country.
RETURNS
Because of health and hygiene regulations, Mayu products can only be returned when the seal on the package is intact. This means that the products should be unopened and unused.
If you want to return your products, we’d recommend the following steps:
1. Send an email with your order number, name, contact information
and a reason for return (if any) with the subject “return X” (X=order
number)to contact@mayuwater.com.
This has to be within 14 days after you receive our products.
2. Only return your package after receiving a reply on your
return-e-mail from us. Return your package, including packing slip on
which you indicate which products are in the package. Make sure your
products are well packed, so that they cannot be damaged during
transportation. Send your products (at your own costs) to:

3. Once we receive your return, we will check the package. If
everything is in order, you will get a refund (excl. shipping costs)
within 14 days.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
- If your package has not been opened and you wish to receive a refund within 30 days - we will issue you a return label at no charge.
In case the product does not work properly - you are covered by the warranty to replace it until you are satisfied.
If you decide not to want a replacement product, you will receive a full refund - minus your shipping costs.
Note: We cannot provide return labels for orders shipped outside the EU. Customers outside the EU are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
