De MAYU Swirl gebruikt de natuurljike kracht van de spiraalbeweging (implosie) die overal in het universum te vinden is. Hierdoor wordt uw water opnieuw ververst, zuurstof toegevoegd, gebalanceerd en verjongd zodat het beter smaakt en hydrateert, zoals de natuur het bedoeld heeft. 

Water moet bewegen om levendig en fris te blijven, maar als het stilstaat in leidingen, verliest het de energie die je lichaam nodig heeft voor volledige hydratatie. Net als hoe wijn moet ademen om zijn beste smaak tot uitdrukking te brengen, herwint de draaikolkbeweging van de MAYU Swirl de verloren vitaliteit door zuurstof binnen te halen om de ware smaak en textuur van uw water in evenwicht te brengen, te alkaliseren - alleen 6000 keer sneller dan een gewone karaf.

Let op: De meeste mensen hebben al meerdere USB-stekkers en om het mileu te besparen hebben wij bewust geen USB-stekker toegevoegd maar alleen een USB-oplaadkabel. Als u toch geen USB-A-stekker heeft, is in bijna alle elektronicawinkels een adapter te vinden.

SHIPPING
After ordering your Mayu products, you’ll immediately receive an order
confirmation e-mail from us. Once your package is shipped, usually within 1 - 4 business days, we will send you a shipping e-mail, containing a tracking number.
With this specific number, you can follow the status of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES
All deliveries within the EU are shipped with DPD. Delivery times vary from country to country.

EU SHIPMENTS:
Shipments within the EU generally are delivered within 4 to 7 business days.

OUTSIDE EU SHIPMENTS:
Deliveries outside the EU are generally delivered within 7 - 21 business days.

NOTE: All duties and taxes, including customs, are the customer's responsibility.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping within EU for orders over 100 Euro.
Outside EU shipping charges will vary from country to country.

RETURNS
Because of health and hygiene regulations, Mayu products can only be returned when the seal on the package is intact. This means that the products should be unopened and unused. 

If you want to return your products, we’d recommend the following steps:

1. Send an email with your order number, name, contact information
and a reason for return (if any) with the subject “return X” (X=order
number)to contact@mayuwater.com.

This has to be within 14 days after you receive our products.

2. Only return your package after receiving a reply on your
return-e-mail from us. Return your package, including packing slip on
which you indicate which products are in the package. Make sure your
products are well packed, so that they cannot be damaged during
transportation. Send your products (at your own costs) to:

3. Once we receive your return, we will check the package. If
everything is in order, you will get a refund (excl. shipping costs)
within 14 days.

Mocht u niet tevreden zijn met uw aankoop, laat het ons dan binnen 30 dagen na ontvangst weten voor een volledige terugbetaling, minus verzendkosten.

- Als uw pakket niet is geopend en u binnen 30 dagen een terugbetaling wilt ontvangen, zullen wij u kosteloos een retourlabel verstrekken.

In het geval dat het product niet goed werkt - u bent gedekt door de garantie om het te vervangen totdat u tevreden bent.

Als u besluit geen vervangend product te willen, ontvangt u een volledige terugbetaling - minus uw verzendkosten.

Opmerking: We kunnen geen retourlabels verstrekken voor bestellingen buiten de EU. Klanten buiten de EU zijn verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van retourzending.
